Tenders are invited for Supply of Various Maintenance Products for the Benefit of Services
1. The OTR solicits bids in sealed envelopes from candidates who meet the qualifications required to supply various maintenance products for the benefit of its services made up of a single lot consisting of:
- One hundred (100) dish soap detergents,
- One hundred (100) toilet deodorants;
- One thousand (1, 000) air fresheners;
- Five Hundred (500) detergents (Anti bacteria soap);
- Fourteen Thousand Five Hundred (14, 500) toilet papers;
- One hundred (100) facial tissues;
- Four thousand (4, 000) paper towels;
- One hundred (100) OMO detergents of 1 kg;
- Five Hundred (500) WC blocks;
- Fifty (50) cans of bleach B, 5 liter can;
- One hundred (100) detergents (liquid soap) 5 liter container;
- One hundred (100) toilet brushes and support;
- Fifty (50) wolf heads;
- Two Hundred and Fifty (250) insecticides;
- One hundred (100) rod brooms; and
- One hundred (100) rod mops
- Fifty (50) cloth mop.
No later than March 25, 2022 at 10 a.m. sharp . The Late bids will not be accepted.
4. Bids must include a warranty statement.
5. Tenders must be valid for a period of sixty (60) days following the deadline for submission of tenders.
6. Tenderers are informed that their financial offers must be drawn up in compliance with the prices contained in the latest version of the reference price directory (price list) available on the website of the Ministry of Economy and Finance at www. finances.gouv.tg . Otherwise, their offers will be rectified.
