Tenders are invited for Supply of Transformers

Bidding Procedure:
Bid security: The bid security will be forfeited, if the Bidder:
withdraws his/her bid after it is opened during the period validity specified in the bid; or,
having been awarded the contract fails:
to sign the contract on the terms and conditions provided in his bid; or
To furnish the Performance Security, if required to do so. The performance security shall be 10% of the Contract Price and in the form of a Bank Guarantee. All bank guarantees should be addressed to NESI-SSL
Bidders cannot bid for more than two lots. The lots have been grouped as Lot 1 (1A & 1B), Lot 2 (2A & 2B) and Lot 3 (3A & 3B) and MUST bid for all items in each chosen Lot. Six (6) contracts will be awarded under this procurement (for construction works) and a qualified bidder will only be awarded two contracts for constructions works ONLY.
Lot 4 is open to only transformer manufacturers
Lot 5 is open to only NERC approved meter suppliers.
