Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Supply, Training and Installation of a Technical Training Platform on Optical Infrastructure at the National Higher School of Posts, Telecommunications and ICT (Sup PTIC).

Participation and origin
The Minister of Posts and Telecommunications, on behalf of the Government of Cameroon invites, by this International Invitation to Tender, interested bidders to submit their offers under closed envelope, in one (01) single lot comprising five (05) components as follows

Component 1: Supply of laboratory equipment, classrooms and administrative offices with furniture and teaching materials;
Component 2: Supply of materials and implementation of the interior component of the technical platform of the training center for optical fiber trades;
Component 3: Supply of materials and implementation of the external component of the technical platform of the training center for optical fiber trades;
Component 4: Supply of measuring devices, tools and consumables for the training center; and
Component 5: Training of trainers in the use of measuring devices and tools and management of services

Financing
The Government of the Republic of Cameroon has received funding from the African Development Bank to cover the cost of the Central Africa Backbone (CAB) fiber optic backbone project, component of Cameroon

Acquisition of the file
The Tender Document prepared in French can be obtained from the CAB Project Coordination Unit Behind the Central Post Office, opposite the former Telephone Central upon publication of this notice against payment of a non-refundable sum of one hundred and thirty-thousand (130, 000 ) CFA francs payable to the Special Assignment Account (CAS) No. 335 988 of the Public Market Regulation Agency (ARMP) open at BICEC, in the agencies of all the regional capitals and those of the cities of Limbé and Dschang.

Provisional security
Tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee in the amount of Forty million (40, 000, 000) CFA francs. CFA francs or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency.
