Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Supply of Tires and Batteries to the OTR.

1. The Togolese Revenue Agency (OTR) has funds under the Budget, Management 2019 to finance the supply of tires and batteries and intends to use part of these funds to make payments under this agreement. Tire and Battery Supply Contract, subject of this Pricing Information Notice.

2. The OTR is soliciting closed bids from eligible candidates who meet the qualifications required for the purchase of tires and batteries consisting of two (02) separate lots consisting of:

Lot 1 : Supply of Tires:

1. Six (06) 175/70 R14 tubeless tires;
2. Six (06) tubeless tires 185/70 R14
3. Ten (10) tubeless tires 195/65 R15
4. Eight (08) tubeless tires 195 R15C
5. Four (04) tubeless tires 7.50 R16C
6. One hundred and forty (140 ) 205 R16C tubeless tires
7. Twelve (12) 215/65 R16 tubeless tires;
8. Sixty (60) tubeless tires 255/70 R16;
9. Ten (10) 265/70 R16 tubeless tires;
10. Five (05) tubeless tires 265/65 R17;
11. Five (05) 265/70 R17 tubeless tires;
12. Four (04) 235/60 R18 tubeless tires;
13. Ten (10) 265/60 R18 tubeless tires;
14. Four (04) 235/55 R19 tubeless tires;
15. Four (04) tubeless tires 255/55 R19;
16. Four (04) 255/50 R20 tubeless tires;
17. Six (06) tubeless tires 8.5 R17.5;
18. Twenty-eight (28) tubeless tires 10 R22.5 and
19. Eight (08) tubeless tires 315/80 R22.5.

NB: The desired tires must be of the "Premium" and "Quality" range or equivalent.

Lot 2 : Supply of batteries:

1. Four (04) 12V 120 Ah batteries;
2. Eight (08) 12V 100 Ah batteries;
3. Two (02) 12V 95 Ah batteries;
4. Sixty (60) 12V 80 Ah batteries;
5. Sixteen (16) 12V 60 Ah batteries;
6. Four (04) 12V 45 Ah batteries.

No variant is allowed.
The supplies will be delivered and ready for use at the Office of the Togolese Revenue Agency (OTR) within a maximum of two (02) months per batch from the date of notification of the approved contract.

3. The award of the Contract shall be conducted by open invitation to tender as defined by the Code des Marches Publics in force and its implementing regulations, and open to all eligible candidates.

4. Interested candidates may obtain information from the Public Procurement Person (PRMP) of the OTR, and take note of the price information documents in French, at hours of service, from Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 11:30 and 15:00 to 17:00, at the address below:

5. Qualification requirements are:

? have satisfactorily completed and completed at least one (01) contract of similar nature and complexity over the past three (03) years, similar to the proposed supplies;
? have achieved an average annual turnover in the last three (03) years at least equal to 0.5 times the amount of his bid;
? provide written and firm proof of financial capacity (availability of financial liquidity) attesting that the tenderer has access to credit facilities of a permanent amount equivalent to at least 0.5 times the amount of his offer in CFA francs;
? evolve in the manufacture and / or distribution of tires or batteries;

6.
