The Procurement Committee of the General Authority for Endowments and Islamic Affairs is pleased to invite specialized and capable companies to submit their offers for the supply of a thermal printer and its accessories according to the attached table. Conditions for submission: Attendance to the headquarters of the Office of the General Authority for Endowments in the city of Tripoli, Zawiyah Al-Dahmani, opposite the Bin Mosque. Jaber accompanied by the following: 1 A copy of a valid practice permit 2 A copy of a valid commercial registry 3 A copy of the articles of incorporation 4 A copy of the company-s bylaws 5 A recent security subscription tax payment certificate addressed to the General Authority for Endowments and Islamic Affairs The original 6 Evidence Registration in the importers- registry or the industrial registry Original 7 in the event of dealing with the representative Assignment letter Original 8 Initial insurance 005 of the offer value Mandatory General notes The period during which the offeror remains committed is 15 days, and any other period mentioned in the offers is not taken into account. The financial offer is submitted. In a closed envelope sealed with red wax, and the legal, administrative and technical file is in an open file and complete information about the contents of the envelope is written on it. Bring a sample of the item if necessary. The value of the final insurance for the person awarded is 15 of the offer value.
