24 Warranty (I) to Specify General Condition of Warranty for Vehicle and Aerial Platform. The Minimum Warranty shall be One Year. √
25 Inspection and Supervision (I) All Construction and Installation Works to be According to Good Engineering Design and Practice and Vehicle shall Conform to Nlta Regulations.
(Ii) the Truck Mounted with Aerial Platform shall be Inspected by a Registered Machinery Inspector as Per Ohsa 2005. √
26 Catalogues and Manuals Bidders shall Submit Original Catalogues/Leaflets of the Truck Mounted with Aerial Platform and Clearly Specify the Make, Model, Country of Origin, Warranty Period and Conditions for Both Aerial Platform and Truck. √
27. Training Training should be Provided to the Representative of the District Council on the Proper Operation of the Truck Mounted Aerial Platform by a Trainer. √
28 Experience the Proposed Truck must have been Running for at Least 10 Years in Mauritius.

The Proposed Aerial Platform must have been Operating for at Least 3 Years. √
29 Testing and Commissioning the Testing and Commissioning of the Truck Mounted with Aerial Platform shall be Effected by an Independent Registered Mechanical Engineer. Relevant Certificate to be Submitted Accordingly. √
30 ‘Mise en Route- Formalities the Truck Mounted with Aerial Platform should be Delivered after Completing All ‘Mise en Route- Formalities, Viz. Registration, Fitness, Licensing, excluding Insurance, Etc. √
31 Delivery to be Effected at the Agent. *
