And specialized companies wanting to supply and provide these needs, attending to the headquarters of the public administration located in Al -Dhahra area opposite the Wadan Hotel, to receive the specifications brochure, during the official working hours, from the decision of the committeePurchases in the interest.

? The companies are required to be registered with the Libyan Customs Authority.
