Dear Sir or Madam, the German Aerospace Center (DLR) would like to purchase a spectrum analyzer in accordance with the attached list of services. Quantity: 1 piece in total. Please send us an offer to my email address by Thursday, November 5th, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. at the latest. Delivery conditions: DAP - DLR Oberpfaffenhofen / 88234 Weßling Payment: 30 days net Binding and surcharge period: at least until December 4th, 2026 Award criteria: Price 70%, delivery time: 10%, ISO 14001 certification or EMAS: 5%, possibility of recording signals from two HF inputs in parallel: 15%. The prices quoted are subject to the provisions of Regulation PR 30/53 on prices for public contracts of November 21, 1953 with the Principles for Pricing (LSP) based on cost costs in the currently valid version. The binding delivery time in calendar weeks from the award of the order must be stated in the offer.
