This call for proposals aims to respond to the problem of explosive devices resulting from the resumption of armed conflicts in the east of the DRC, in order to encourage the return of internal displaced, to create freedom of movement in a post- Conflict, to reduce the fear and the threat of "frozen violence" of land mines and other explosive war remains (reg) .l 'call for proposals is organized in three (03) lots as follows: lot 1: 2 teams North Kivu in the territory of Beni and Lubero Lot 2: 2 teams to the North Kivu in the territories of Rutshuru and Masisi Lot 3: 2 teams in Ituri in the territories of Djugu, Irumu and Mambasa only the national organizations legally registered and accredited by the CCLAM in the Republic in the Republic in the Republic Democratic of Congo are eligible to present a proposal.
