Quotation are invited for Supply of Sage Bi Reporting and Sage Pay & Hr Software and the Rights to Use Sage 100 Entrepres (Single Lot)

The services, subject of this Consultation File, consist of the supply of SAGE BI REPORTING and SAGE PAIE & RH software and the rights to use the SAGE 100 ENTREPRISE software, as well as the additional services associated below:
2.1. The renewal of the DUA is subject to a fee payable to the publisher; this fee is set by SAGE and is reviewed periodically by the latter. It allows the customer to benefit from:
- Improvements made to existing versions through updates acquired under the Sage contract (DUA); the Service Provider will transmit to CENAME the new versions as soon as they are available and the installation procedures on digital media or by downloadable link and will support it in the deployment on its system;
- Protection of software packages from counterfeiting thanks to the calculation mechanism and provision by Sage of annual activation codes;
- Providing CENAME with an account to access Sage's knowledge base in order to obtain technical and functional support for its products.
2.2. In addition, CENAME will benefit from the following additional services from the Service Provider throughout the year of DUA coverage:
- free telephone assistance to help it make the best use of the functionalities of the installed solution. This service is available to him upon call by the means he deems appropriate (telephone, email, etc.);
- on-site support, depending on the needs of CENAME, this support may consist of implementing new versions, updating knowledge on new functionalities or any other problem deemed useful by the latter.
