The Institute of Policy Analysis and Research- Rwanda (IPAR) through the Fostering a Social Practice Approach to Adult Literacies for Improving People-s Quality of Life in Western Rwanda project, wishes to put a portion of its funds towards Supply of 3000 reusable face masks produced by suppliers approved by RFDA (Rwanda Food and Drugs Authority), 120 buckets (15liters) with taps but without stands and 500 bars of soaps(600gr).

IPAR now solicits bids from eligible companies to provide the above goods.

This tender is open to all interested companies fulfilling the requirements herein.

Interested firms must possess the following in their bids;

Bid submission letter

Trading license

Valid RRA Non-Clearance
