Tenders are invited for Purchase and Supply the PPEs (Personal Protection Equipment)
Purchase and supply the following PPEs (Personal Protection Equipment) to FH Association Rwanda Beneficiaries in Nyagihanga Sector of Gatsibo District in Eastern province.
Hand Sanitizer 65ml: 3, 500 Bottles
Reusable face mask : 3, 000 Pcs
Soap Bars of 600g : 125 Boxes
The tender document can be obtained from 3rd November 2021 at the reception of FH Association Rwanda office located in 2nd floor of UMUYENZI PLAZA Building, KG 5 RD, Plot nº428, Rukiri I Cell, Remera Sector, Gasabo District, Kigali City upon presentation of a prepaid bank slip of non-refundable amount of ten thousand Rwandan francs per lot (10, 000 Rwf/lot). This payment can be done to FH Association Rwanda Bank Account N° 4002200337223/RWF opened in Equity Bank.
The offers are well-typed, appropriately bound, and presented in three (3) copies of which an original and two copies must reach in sealed envelopes to the aforesaid address no later than 12th November 2021 at 10:30 am local hour. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened
