Payment of a non - refundable amount of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (10, 000 Frw) or Ten United State Dollars (10 USD). This payment shall be made to Account NO 25044962001/RWF opened at I & M Bank, for local currency and to the account NO 00040-00691030-35 (USD) opened at Bank of Kigali (BK) with Code IBAN: RW 40000400069103035003 for American Dollar.
Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in four copies, one of which is the original must be accompanied by an original copy of bid guarantee of Five Million Rwandan francs (5, 000, 000 Frw) or Five Thousand United State Dollars (5, 000 USD) issued by a reputable bank or other financial institutions recognized in Rwanda with the validity period of One Hundred Fifty (150) days from the opening date of bids.
