Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in four copies, one of which is the original must be accompanied by an original copy of bid guarantee of Five Million Rwandan francs (5, 000, 000 Frw) or Five Thousand United State Dollars (5, 000 USD) issued by a reputable bank or other financial institutions recognized in Rwanda with the validity period of One Hundred Fifty (150) days from the opening date of bids.
