Tenders are invited for Supply of Petroleum Products to the Nautical Vehicles of the Autonomous Port of Douala

In accordance with the provisions of the Authorization Agreement, the operator has the right to supply petroleum products to the nautical vehicles of the Autonomous Port of Douala. Within the limit of the authorized perimeter defined in the Convention and in compliance with the laws and regulations in force, in particular Decree No. 85/1278 of September 26, 1985 relating to police and operating regulations in port areas, the operator will be authorized to perform the following services:

The permanent supply of fuel for the nautical vehicles of the Autonomous Port of Douala;
Periodic (weekly / monthly) delivery of lubricant consumables for watercraft;
The implementation of the necessary security / safety measures during petroleum product supply operations;
The design and construction of all new structures intended for the storage of petroleum products;
The rehabilitation, standardization, commissioning and operation of the storage structures available on site;
The maintenance, renewal and upkeep of the various works intended for the activity during the term of the authorization.

The Restricted Consultation File (DCR) can be withdrawn on working days and hours, upon transmission of the letter of invitation to tender for this Notice, in the departments of the PUBLIC CONTRACTS AND PARTNERSHIP CONTRACTS DIVISION, located in the enclosure housing the Port Development Department located in the upstream area of ​​the Port of Douala-Bonabéri, against proof of payment (credit notice) of a non-refundable sum of five hundred thousand ( 500, 000) CFA Francs, payable by bank transfer to the number of account 10008 00020 37120043101 17 of the Commercial Bank of Cameroon (CBC).
