The bidders MUST comply with all the instructions, terms and conditions, and submit the following mandatory requirements in the prequalification exercise:
Filled, Signed and Stamped Application Form.
Valid registrations Certificate.
Valid License from Ministry of Trade, industries, and tourism.
Tax Clearance Certificate.
A bank statement for the last six months
Past Experience of service/provision of goods of a similar nature.
Presentation of evidence for vendor existence.
Declaration form.
Copy of passport and national ID (Minimum of one person, preferably manager)
Sealed narrative of company (service provider) profile.
