Tenders must be written in French and submitted in four (04) copies
including one (01) original and three (03) copies to the address
below: Minister of Territorial Administration and Decentralization, at
the office of the Person Responsible for Public Contracts located
on the 3rd Floor of the Building housing the said Ministry,
Quartier Boulbinet, Municipality of Kaloum, no later
than Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at 11:30 a.m.
Bids that do not arrive at the time and date indicated above will be
purely and simply rejected and returned unopened, at the expense of
the bidders concerned.
Bids will be opened in the presence of representatives of bidders who
wish to participate in the opening of bids and, where appropriate, an
independent observer at the address below: Second office of the
Procurement of Public Contracts located on the 3rd floor Floor of the
Building housing the said Ministry, Quartier Boulbinet, Municipality
of Kaloum, on Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at 12:00 UT
Tenders must include a regulation fee of 0.60% of the amount
excluding tax of the contract to be paid into ARMP's account in
accordance with the provisions of Decree D/2020/154/PRG/SGG of
July 10, 2020, on powers, organization and operation of the Public
Procurement Regulatory Authority (ARMP) and of the Joint
Order
A/2304/MEF/MB/SGG of August 07, 2020 on the terms of payment of
the regulatory fee and the share of the sale proceeds (or sale price) of
the Call for Tenders Files, annexed to the this Tender Dossier.
Tenders must remain valid for a period of one hundred and twenty
(120) days from the deadline for submission.
