The Five Medical Center announces its need to supply medicines, medical supplies and surgical threads according to the schedule of quantities and varieties mentioned in the table attached to the companies specialized in this field and have the desire to supply to apply for a preliminary presentation of the award and purchasing committee at the center's management during the official working hours.

According to the following conditions:

1. The offer must containOn (quantity- the manufacturer- country of origin- the date of the validity of the month and the year- the unit of the quantity- the price of the unit- the total) according to the specifications and quantities attached to this announcement.

2. Payment when the center's annual budget is available.

3. Payment according to an instrument issued by the center's administration at the Al -Gomhoria Bank Al -Marqab.

With the commitment to bring the following:

• A copy of the founding contract +the articles of association +license to practice the activity valid.

• A modern extract from the commercial registry +what is useful in the registration of importers or the industrial registry.

• What is useful for registration at the Ministry of Health +what benefits the registration at the Food and Medicines Control Center.
