Tenders are invited for Supply for Lubricants (Framework Contract

COST OF TENDER DOCUMENT: 10000/-.

Tender Documents in English may be obtained from RITCO-s procurement office upon presentation of payment proof of ten thousand (10, 000) Rwandan francs of a non-refundable fee to the account No 000450771445403 in Bank of Kigali.

2.Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day from RITCO Offices during working hours from 8:00am -17:00hrs in the office of procurement.

3.Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to RITCO HEADQUARTERS in the office of Managing Director not later than ten (10) days before the fixed date for the submission of bids.

4.Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in 4 copies one of which is the original must reach the office of procurement at the address mentioned above Not later than 14/06 /2022 at 10h00: am]. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.

5.Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend on 14th/06/2022 at RITCO Ltd board room at 10h30:am
