As a result of the present open procedure, the operation of the on-site laboratory including the organization of the blood depot (transfusion medicine) in the Freiberg Hospital (outsourcing) will be commissioned. Further details on the procedure can also be found in the tender documents. As preliminary proof of suitability and the absence of grounds for exclusion, the client accepts the submission of a uniform European self-declaration in accordance with Section 50 VgV. As sufficient evidence that If the reasons for exclusion specified in Section 123 Paragraphs 1 to 3 GWB do not apply to the bidder, the public contracting authority shall recognize an extract from a relevant register, in particular a certificate of good conduct from the Federal Central Register or, in the absence of such, an equivalent certificate to a competent judicial or administrative authority in the tenderer's country of origin or country of establishment. The public contracting authority recognizes this as sufficient evidence that the reasons for exclusion listed in Section 123 Paragraph 4 and Section 124 Paragraph 1 No. 2 GWB do not apply to the bidder a certificate issued by the competent authority of the applicant's or tenderer's country of origin or country of establishment.
