Tenders are invited for Supply of IT Equipment on Behalf of the Central and Deconcentrated Services of the Ministry of Communication.

Consistency of the services
The services subject of this invitation to tender include the supply of the following equipment:

11. Provisional bond
Each tenderer must attach to his administrative documents a bid bond issued by a first-rate bank approved by the Ministry of Finance and listed in Exhibit 12 of the DAO in the amount of one million six hundred thousand (1 600, 000) F CFA;

12. Admissibility of tenders

- Failure to comply with at least one (01) major characteristics as mentioned in the CCTP;
- Failure to meet at least 90% of sub-criteria for computers (office and laptop) and 80% of sub-criteria for other supplies.

2 Essential criteria
