Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Video Surveillance System (CCTV) Camera at Kamembe Airport.
A compulsory site visit is scheduled on 22nd November 2021 at 11:00am local time at Kamembe International Airport. There shall also be a pre-bidding meeting on the same day after the site visit in which RAC representatives shall clarify any administrative or technical questions to all bidders. Charges relating to the site visit shall be incurred by the bidders on their own.
All bids shall be accompanied by an original Bid Security of Seven Million five hundred thousand Rwanda Francs (7, 500, 000Frw) from the any commercial bank or insurance companies, which shall be valid until 30 days after the bids validity period.
Tender Documents in English may be obtained from Kigali International Airport (RAC Procurement offices) from 8:00AM up to 4PM working days, upon presentation of proof of payment of a fee of nine thousand six hundred Frw.9, 600/-(Non-Refundable) Rwandan francs to be deposited on account N°00040-06948300-35 (RWF) opened in Bank of Kigali (BK) in the name of Rwanda Airports Company. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in four copies (one of which is the original) and a soft copy (either on CD or a USB memory stick which shall be securely placed inside the sealed envelope) shall be delivered to RAC Offices information desk at Kigali International Airport/terminal building ground Floor Not later than 14th December 2021 at 10:00AM local time. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened. All bids will be addressed to RAC procurement office, failure to which RAC shall bear no responsibility of loss or misplacement of any bid.
