Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Automated Weather Observation System (AWOS) and Digital Automatic Terminal Information System (ATIS).
Tender Documents in English may be obtained from Kigali International Airport (RCAA Procurement Office) upon presentation of proof payment of a non-refundable fee of eight one thousand and six hundred Rwandan Francs (FRW 81, 600) to be deposited at Bank of Kigali on the Account No 0015823-45 (RWF) or ninety five United States dollars (US 95) to be deposited at Bank of Kigali on the Account No: 00040-06015823-13 USD (SWIFT CODE: BKIGRWRW). Tender documents may also be obtained via our website: www.caa.gov.rw, after which interested bidders are to deposit the required payment on either of the above accounts before the deadline for the submission of bids. Tender Documents may be obtained from the RCAA Procurement Office on any working day from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm except on weekends and public holidays.
A compulsory site visit has been arranged and shall be conducted by interested bidders and guided by RCAA Representatives on Tuesday 7th August 2018 at 09:00am local time (07:00 GMT) at Kamembe International Airport. There shall also be a pre-bidding meeting on the same day after the site visit in which RCAA representatives shall clarify any administrative or technical questions to all bidders. Charges relating to carrying out the site visit shall be incurred by the bidders on their own.
