Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Training for Air Quality Indexing System.
The Ministry of Environment, Solid Waste Management and Climate Change invites sealed bids from local eligible and qualified bidders for “ Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Training For Air Quality Indexing System “ as more fully described in the Bidding Document.
2. For further details, the Bidding Document, a complete set in English may be downloaded free of charge from the Public Procurement Portal on: publicprocurement.govmu.org
3. The prospective bidders or representatives are kindly requested to effect a site visit for an evaluation of site condition prior to submission of bids.
4. Bids in a sealed single envelope, clearly marked ENV/OAB/ 08/2021 addressed to The Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Environment, Solid Waste Management and Climate Change should be deposited in the Quotation/ Box located at 9th Floor, Ken Lee Tower, Cnr Barracks & St Georges Streets, Port Louis, Mauritius at latest on Monday 17 May 2021 up to 13.30 hours (Local Time). Bids by post, courier or hand delivered as well as oversized envelopes should be deposited at the Confidential Registry of the Ministry, Ministry of Environment, Solid Waste Management and Climate Change on 5th Floor same address, by the same date and time at latest. Late bids will be rejected.
5. Bids received by e-mail will not be considered.
6 The Ministry of Environment, Solid Waste Management and Climate Change reserves the right to:
(a) accept or to reject any bid,
(b) annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to awarding contract without thereby incurring any liability whatsoever to any bidder.
