Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of a Standalone CCTV Camera System for the TI Administration Block and the Existing Hostel

Interested and eligible Tenderers may obtain further information and
inspect the Tendering Documents at the office of the Secretary,

Training Institute Delegated Tender Board, P.O. Box 131, Mwanza,
Capri Point Area, starting from 8.30 a.m. to 12.30 a.m. and 14.30 p.m.
to 16.30 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public
holidays.
5. A complete set of Bidding Document(s) in English and additional sets
may be purchased by interested Bidders on the submission of a
written application to the address given under paragraph four (4)
above and upon a payment of a non-refundable fee of TZS
100, 000.00. Payment should either be by Cash, Banker’s Draft,
Banker’s Cheque or Electronic Payment transfer payable to the
Principal, Bank of Tanzania Training Institute, Mwanza. Account

All tenders must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration in
the format provided in the Tendering Documents.


All Tenders in one original plus one copy properly filled in, and
enclosed in plain envelopes clearly marked “Tender for the Supply,
Installation, Testing and Commissioning of a Standalone CCTV
Camera System for the TI Administration Block and the Existing
Hostel” must be delivered to the address under paragraph four
above at or before 11.00 local hours on Monday, 06th May, 2019.
Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the
presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend in the
opening ceremony to be held at the Conference Hall, Bank of
Tanzania Training Institute
