Collection of Tender Documents

Interested and Competent Bidders are Requested to Collect Bid Documents from the Office of the Director, Physical Planning, Niger Delta University between the Hours 9:00am to 3:00pm, upon Presentation of Evidence of Payment of Non-Refundable Tender Fee (Bank Fee) Bank Draft of n10, 000.00 at the Bursary Department of the University. The Drafts should be Made Payable to the Bursar, Niger Delta University, Wilberforce Island.
The envelope should be clearly marked with (the name of the project and the lot number). Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name, telephone number and mailing address of the bidder and hand-deliver in the designated tender box in the registrar-s office not later than 12:00 noon, Monday, 6th February, 2023.
Only the technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon, Monday, 6th February, 2023, at the Vice-Chancellor-s Conference Room. Bidders or their representatives, civil societies organization (CSO), professional bodies and members of the general public are invited to witness the bids opening exercise.
