General conditions: Offers must be submitted in a sealed envelope with red wax to the main purchasing committee at the Radiological Measurements and Training Center at the center-s headquarters, Khallet Al-Farnaj, Salah Al-Din Road. A file containing the license to practice the activity, a certificate of registration in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and an extract from the commercial registry must be attached to the offer. Payment As follows: 1. The value is paid after receiving the required items and inspecting them in the center-s stores. 2. The final invoice is submitted, certified by the Tax Authority. 3. A valid tax payment certificate is presented. 4. Payment is made by a bank instrument issued by the center-s account in the name of the supplying company.
