Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation and Implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Solution for Botswana Railways.
Closing Date: 12 July 2018 at 12:00 (Local Time)
Site Inspection: A compulsory de-briefing for better understanding will be done on 11 June, 2018 10:30hrs at Botswana Railways Headquarters in Mahalapye. All interested bidders wishing to participate should attend the meeting at their own cost. A maximum of two (2) representatives of a bidder will be allowed.
Restriction: Compliance Requirements: Interested ERP solution providers, with a proven track record in supply and implementation of ERP systems, are invited to submit EOI with the following information which would be used to pre-qualify companies for further steps towards procurement of the same; Company profile including background of the company, organisational structure, Directors and shareholders, products and services offered, Company’s primary location of operation, contact details and contact person for the project; Certificate of incorporation, tax compliance certificate and PPADB
registration for local companies; In case of joint ventures / subcontractors, there should be a joint venture agreement clearly showing the lead partner; Technical Requirements: Statement of experience in this type of project including details of previous ERP projects implemented of similar nature with contact details, project duration and values; Profile of key personnel to be involved in the project. The profiles should include experience, qualifications and organisation of the implementing team; Brief overview of the proposed ERP system and how it will fit into the railway operations; High level implementation approach and methodology; Project pre-requisites and any other information the bidder may consider relevant to the EOI and the project. Telegraphic, telex, telephone, email EOIs will NOT be considered.
