About Access to Finance Rwanda (AFR)

AFR is a Rwandan not for Profit organization, established in March 2010 by the governments of the United Kingdom (UK) and Rwanda and with support from the UK Department for International Development (DFID), and the World Bank. Existing funders of AFR include DFID, The MasterCard Foundation, Sweden and USAID. AFR’s strategic focus is stimulating financial sector development by partnering with financial institutions and other stakeholders to increase access to and use of financial services.

Access to Finance Rwanda (AFR) would like to procure services for the supply, installation, and configuration of new infrastructure for the office of Access to Finance Rwanda

AFR invites bidders to submit proposals for the provision of the above services.

Proposals should be directly responsive to all items, terms, conditions, specifications, and other documents referred to in this Request for Proposals (RFP).

Bidders are also encouraged to keep checking on AFR website for any updates/ clarifications/ Addendums related to this tender.

Submission of proposals: Interested firms should submit their proposals (both technical and financial) by email to procurement@afr.rw in PDF or Excel/word formats only with clear subject line: “Request for proposals to supply, installation and configuration of new Infrastructure for Access to Finance Rwanda” by 28th April 2019 at 5 PM sharp Rwanda Time.

Proposals submitted after 5:00 PM SHARP will be rejected automatically.
