Conditions to be fulfilled by society
To be ready to fulfill the orders made by DUTERIMBERE-IMF, PLC within the agreed deadlines;
Be registered in Rwanda and have the RDB registration certificate;
Be registered for Value Added Tax (VAT) and have a certificate of registration
Closed envelopes are composed of:
Price offer (Unit price including tax)
Copy of the RDB Registration Certificate;
Copy of the VAT registration certificate;
Certificate of non-debt or debt of RRA and RSSB;
Certificates of good performance;
Payment slip of twenty thousand Rwandan francs (20, 000 FRW) not refundable to the account N ° 040-00204942-14 entitled "DUTERIMBERE-IMF" opened at the Bank of Kigali.
