The Representation of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Niger, launches a Call for Proposals No. NER-UNHCR RFP: 2014 for the SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE (EPC) OF GRID-CONNECTED PHOTOVOLTAIC (GPV) SYSTEMS FOR UNHCR OPERATIONS IN NIGER.UNHCR is considering awarding contracts for the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) of grid-connected photovoltaic (GPV) power systems, as well as related contracts for after-sales services (After-Sales Services) for an indicative duration of five (5) years.Suppliers interested in this notice of call for proposals and wishing to submit a proposal in response to this Request for Proposal (RFP), are cordially invited to log in to the supplier portal, then search for the call for proposals using its reference number UNHCR_RFP_2014 (see User Guide) and prepare your proposal in accordance with the requirements and procedures set forth in this Request for Proposals.
