Special Conditions: 1. TECHNICAL SCHEDULES TO BE COMPLETED IN FULL AND SIGNED FOR ALL SPECIFICATIONS, FAILURE TO COMPLETE THE TECHNICAL SCHEDULE WILL RESULT IN A BID BEING REGARDED AS NON-RESPONSIVE AND WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FURTHER.
2. ALL BIDDERS ARE REQUIRED TO SUB-CONTRACT A MINIMUM OF 30% OF THE CONTRACT VALUE TO EME OR QSE-S WHO ARE 51% BLACK OWNED OR 51% BLACK WOMAN OWNED OR 51% BLACK YOUTH OWNED OR 51% OWNED BY BLACK PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES IN TERMS OF PPPFA SUB REGULATION 9 (2) (B), (C), (D) & (E).”
