Open procedure pursuant to art. 71 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023 for the assignment of a framework agreement with a single operator concerning the supply of golden tokens and related services for prize events organized by Rai. In particular, the service concerns the supply and coinage of 750 / Golden Gettoni (18 carat gold), of different cuts (€ 40.00, € 50.00, € 100.00, € 500.00, € 1, 000.00, € 2, 000.00, € 4, 000.00, € 5, 000.00, € 10, 000.00 and € 20, 000.00), bearing on both sides the Rai logo and the delivery of the same to the winners of the prizes put in stake from Rai, in accordance with The legislation governing games and prize competitions (Presidential Decree no. 430/2001 S.M.I.), as analytically reported in the technical specifications.
Finally, the additional refurbishment of gold tokens (also in pure gold 999% 24 carats) which are, or will (following refusal from part of the winners) in the availability of Rai. The nominal value of the token, according to the various cuts, will remain unchanged for the entire duration of the contract, based on the value of the gold market, while the token will have different weight and diameter to correspond to the required nominal cuts.
