Brega Petroleum Marketing Company announces the prequalification to supply Fire Extinguishers according to the following summarized items:
1- Dry Powder F.E 9kg
2- CO2 F.E 5kg
3- Trolley Dry Powder F.E 50kg
4- Trolley CO2 F.E 50kg
5- F.E covers for 6kg to 12kg
6- F.E Cabinets PVC
7- Hydro testing system HTG 500/60
8- Dry Powder filling machine model UP02/5
9- Dry Powder F.E 2kg
Therefore, companies (manufacturers + official agents) possessing relevant experience in this field with technical and financial capabilities are invited to express their interest in participation to supply and provide this tender by submitting their files for prequalification according to the following terms and conditions:
A. Legal Documents:
Provide cover letter expressing of interest to participate in the tender addressed to high tender committee.

(Company Memorandum, Activity License, Commercial Registration, Chamber of Commerce Registration, Tax Payment Certificate) all required certificates must be approved from Libyan Embassy for foreign companies .

Full address of the company headquarter and its branches, telephone, Fax numbers, Emails and website address.

B. Financial Documents
Provide the financial status authenticated by a legal auditor.

A recommendation letter from the company-s main bank confirming the integrity of the company-s banking operations.

C. Commercial Documents
Full detailed report showing company-s commercial activities during the last three years and a list of the company clients with supporting letters from them (References).

Company-s Quality Control and Inspection Certificates.

Provide all above-mentioned documents in a hardcopy and Softcopy.

Dealing within officially assigned representative only.

Documents shall be submitted to the secretary of the High Tenders Committee in a sealed envelope addressed to Brega Petroleum Marketing Company/High Tenders Committee, located at Tripoli International Airport Road, Braga-s Financial department building, Tripoli, near Tripoli Oil Terminal.
