Tenders are invited for Supply of five hundred and forty-eight tons (588T kg) of fertilizers including three hundred and forty-six tons (346Tkg) of di-ammonium phosphate (DAP), one hundred and four tons (104T) of Urea and one hundred and thirty -eight tonnes (138T) of potash chloride (KCI) intended for the Northern region (Ngozi, Kayanza and Muyinga).

Candidates who wish to submit an offer must obtain the tender file sold at the non- refundable
price of one hundred thousand Burundian francs (100, 000 BIF) or thirty- five American dollars
(35USD¹) half of which (50, 000 BIF) or eighteen US dollars (18USD) will be paid into the State non-tax
revenue sub-account no. CC10003 opened at the Bank of the Republic of Burundi (BRB), SWIFT code
no. BRBUBIBI, and the other half (50, 000 BIF) or eighteen US dollars (18USD) will be paid into
account no. CC12991 opened at the BRB, SWIFT code no. BRBUBIBI, in the name of PIPARVB/INTERNAL RECIPES.

All offers must be accompanied by a bid guarantee, the terms and amount of which will be
specified in the specific details of the call for tenders, the amounts of which are set as follows:
