5. SUBMISSION OF EOI/BIDS
Category A : Prospective bidders are to submit bids for each of the lot desired, two (2) hard copies of each of the technical and financial bids, enveloped in two separate envelops marked “Technical” and “Financial “and both sealed in the third envelop indicating the category and lot applied, name of the company at the back and address submitted to:

6. OPENING OF EOI DOCUMENTS AND TECHNICAL BIDS
The EOI technical Bids shall be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon on Monday, 2nd May 2023 and 12:00 noon on Monday 15th may 2023 respectively at the institute auditorium in the presence of bidders or representatives while the financial bids will be kept un opened all enquiries concerning this advertisement should be directed to the office of the Executive Director/ CEO.
