Tenders are invited for Supply of Digital cross connects DCX equipment
Closing Date: 03 April 2018 at 15:00 (Local Time)
Restriction: Eligible candidates to submit an offer under sealed cover for "Supply of equipment for the extension of the local area network (LAN) of the different sites and offices of JIRAMA to accommodate the 1508 PCs of the GIS / GIS program". They will demonstrate in their offers that they will be able to perform the following operations: Provide all network and telecom equipment and equipment necessary for the LAN networking of the 1508 PCs of the GIS / GIS project, in the various JIRAMA sites and offices throughout Madagascar. The process will be conducted in accordance with the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures outlined in the Guidelines: IBRD-Funded Procurement and IDA Credits; are eligible to bid on all candidates from countries meeting the criteria of origin set out in the Guidelines and meeting the minimum qualification criteria. They must be accompanied by a lump sum guarantee of Nine thousand US Dollars (US $ 9, 000) or an equivalent amount in freely convertible currency. Bids received after the deadline will be rejected. Potential Bidders are cautioned that: i) they will be required, as part of their bidding, to certify that all active materials are covered by or have been issued by a valid license; and (ii) that the offences will be considered as cases of fraud that may give rise, among other things, to the exclusion of the Bidder concerned from any future participation in World Bank-financed contracts.
