Monday-Friday i.e. 7:30 to 13:00 hrs. At the address given below.
5. The bidding document in English language may be received by interested eligible Bidders
upon the submission of a written application with company headed paper signed and sealed
to the address below.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:00 a.m. Local time on Thursday
27 July 2023. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be
publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders- designated representatives and anyone who
chooses to attend at the address below 10:00 a.m. Local time on Thursday 27 July 2023.
7. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of USD 35, 000.00 (Thirty-Five Thousand USD
or equivalent).
