BACKGROUNDThe Ministry of Information, Communications, Science, Technology and Innovation (MICSTI) through theDepartment of Information Communications Technology (ICT) operates two (2) facilities that require high availabilityof electricity. The ministry wishes to ensure the acquisition and operational deployment of high-quality AutomaticTransfer Switches (ATSs) that can automatically switch the facilities# power supply between the national grid and backup generators during outages.Furthermore, the ministry wishes to improve the environment within network distribution points that extend services from the data Centres to end users. The improvements include supply and installation of anti-static mat, coolingsystem, UPS, access control and surveillance and fire suppression at the network distribution points. 2.
