Tenders are invited for Supply, delivery and installation of solar photovoltaic power system for 1 x 2 roomed office and 8 x 2 roomed staff houses at Ramoalosi Artificial Insemination Camp 1

Site Inspection: A compulsory pre-tender meeting and site visit with representatives of the Procuring Department details are: Ramoalosi Artificial Insemination Camp I in the Kweneng District. Tenderers must assemble at Ramoalosi Artificial Insemination Camp 1 where registration will be done on 5 April 2018 at 10:00 hours.

Restriction: The Procuring Entity is Department of Animal Production. Procurement Method is Open Domestic Bidding. In order to be considered for award of the contract, tenderers must be registered with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Board in the following categories: Electrical Engineering Code: 02, Sub-Code(s): I (Electrical Installations) and 5 (Photovoltaic Systems) Grade B. Preferential Treatment The Presidential Directive CAB I I (A)/2010 on EDD shall be implemented in the evaluation of the tender. NB: Submission of a true copy of relevant and valid EDD certificate is required in order to benefit. The Local Procurement Scheme Directives CAB 19 (B) shall be implemented in the recommendation for award at 3% for vulnerable groups. The closing date and time for receipt of sealed tender offers is 20 April 2018 at 10:00 hours. Late tender offers will not be accepted. The Bid Submission Method is One-Envelope Submission Method in which a tenderer's financial and technical offers are submitted together in one sealed envelope.
