The estimate multi-annual program of the second Ap Programthen to the ReformReform of Justice in the Democratic Republic of Congo (PARJ2), signed on October 14, 2022, provides in specific commitments, the acquisition, on behalf of the courts and prosecutors' offices (civil and military), of penitentiary establishments, provincial divisionss of justice, etc. provinces of intervention, including the city of Kinshasa, of:

Eleven (11) all-terrain vehicles (4x4) subject of lot 01 (surveillance, inspections, organization of mobile audiences, monitoring mission of OPJ and control of amigos, Etc.);

Two (2) cell vans forthe transport of prisoners covered by lot 02; and

Forty-five (45) motorcycles included in lot 03.

These acquisitions will ensure better functioning of the courts (coursespenitentiary systems) and provincial divisions of justice in the provinces of intervention, by facilitating the mobility of judicial personnel (judges, magistrates, clerks, secretaries of public prosecutors, etc.), penitentiary, bailiffs, etc. in the accomplishment of their misses...
