Tenders are invited for Supply of Connection Materials, Ready-Boards and Pre-Paid Metres to Intensify the Last Mile Connections for New Customers near to the Existing Grid in Project áReas (Lot 9A, 9B & and 9C)

UGANDA RURAL ELECTRICITY ACCESS PROJECT

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Rural Electrification Agency, Procurement & Disposal Unit, P.O. Box No. 7317, Tel: No. +256-312-318100, Facsimile No. +256-414-346013, E-mail: procurement@rea.or.ug, from 08:00 to 17:00 hours local time.

A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders upon the submission of a written application to the said Executing Agency, and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Five Hundred Thousand Uganda Shillings (UGX 500, 000) or in a freely convertible currency. Please note that the mode of payment shall be through generating a payment registration number from the URA website e-service(www.ura.go.ug. ).(e-services – payments-payment registration).You will be required to present a receipt of payment from the commercial bank to REA accounts office and an official receipt shall be issued thereafter.
