Tenders are invited for Supply of Computer Network Material to FEICOM.

2. Consistency of the services
This contract consists of the provision, transport, handling, commissioning of computer network equipment, namely: Manageable routers, switches, cache proxies, wireless access points, IP phones and smart TVs. at FEICOM, under the full responsibility of the other party.

3. Estimated cost
The estimated cost of this service is forty-one million (41, 000, 000) CFA francs including tax.

4. Delivery time
The maximum time allowed by the Contracting Authority for the delivery of the supplies subject of this Invitation to tender is set at 30 days from the date of notification of the service order to start the performance of the contract.

5. Participation and origin
Participation in this invitation to tender is open to national companies specialized in the field and can justify a minimum experience and discontinuous of three (03) years in the supply of computer network equipment.

The service that is the subject of this invitation to tender is financed by the budget of the Special Fund for Equipment and Inter-communal Intervention (FEICOM), Fiscal Year 2019, on Budget Line No. 22-23-000 "Computer Hardware".

Each offer written in French or English in seven (07) copies, one (01) original and six (06) copies marked as such, must be sent in a sealed envelope to the Directorate of Mobilization of Financial Resources, Accounting and Heritage FEICOM (Department of Markets and Supplies), located in Mimboman, no later than 01 OCTOBER 2019 at 2 pm sharp and should be marked:
