Tender Details

Supply of computer equipment 1.1. The subject of the order is the supply of brand new computer equipment, including computer sets consisting of a central unit and a monitor, constituting a set intended for joint work. Delivery includes - to the extent resulting from the properties of the assortment - transport, bringing, assembly, installation, configuration, commissioning and training of the Ordering Party's staff in the field of operation. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. 1.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order, including technical, functional, qualitative and quantitative requirements, is specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, which is also the product and price form. A computer set should be understood as a complete set including a central unit and a monitor, compatible with each other and enabling proper use as intended. The offered equipment must be brand new, unused, free from physical and legal defects and meet the requirements specified in applicable law. 1.3. The Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel the procedure pursuant to Art. 257 of the Public Procurement Law in the event of failure to allocate public funds that the Ordering Party intended to allocate financing the order.
