Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of teaching aids to primary schools in the Bestwina Commune, as part of the project entitled Every student has a chance. The project is co-financed by the European Union, under the European Funds for the Silesian Voivodeship 2021-2027 (European Social Fund+), Priority: FESL.06.00-European Funds for Education, Measures: FESL.06.02-General Education.2. The order is divided into parts: Part 1: Primary School in Marii Konopnicka in Janowice, ul. Korczaka 2, 43-512 Janowice3. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex 1 and the Forms Valuations - 2a, 2b to SWZ. The Valuation Form - composed according to each part - constitutes an integral part of the offer form.4. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to provide in the Quotation Form - for each part - the full name of the offered product: Manufacturer/model. The valuation form is an integral part offer form. Failure to submit the Valuation Form together with the offer form will result in rejection of the offer.
