The contract has as its object the supply of n. 5 city buses powered by hydrogen gas equipped with class I fuel cell energy conversion system, 12 meters with fully low-floor with 3 double access doors. The vehicles object of the supply are intThey come complete and brand new. They must be approved and comply with the Community and national technical requirements applicable to buses, with the Lombardy Region Law n. 6 of 04/04/2012.
The services must be performed in compliance with the quantitative characteristics, such astative, technical and functional provisions envisaged in all the tender documents, which are referred to in full here, Furthermore, since it is an order that finds financial coverage in loans from the European Recovery and Resilience Device (RRF) and the related National Plan (PNRR) they must necessarilyand the principle of Do No Significant Harm (DNSH) and "climate tagging" must be respected.
