Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Supply (2) Buses, According to the Technical Specifications Prepared in Particular.

2- The participant in the bid is obligated to confirm the validity of his offer for a period of ( 60 ) sixty days from the date of the last date for submitting offers.

3- The offer must be accompanied by an initial insurance amounting to (0.5%) half a percent of the total offer value in the form of an unconditional and irrevocable bank letter of guarantee or a certified instrument in favor of the center issued by one of the banks operating in Libya, provided that the validity of the guarantee is valid for a period of not less than one month. After the offer expires .

4- The accepted bidder must deposit, within 30 days from the day following his notification by registered letter of the acceptance of his bid, a final deposit equivalent to 2% of the value of what was awarded.

5- The offer shall be submitted in a sealed envelope sealed with red wax, according to the number of copies specified in the tender brochure, and addressed to the Chairman of the Centre-s Tender Committee.

6- The bid envelopes will be opened at eleven o-clock in the morning on Sunday (March 17, 2024) in the center-s meeting hall.

7- The offeror must submit a company identification file attached to the offer that contains the following documents: -

A- A certificate stating that the legal status of the company has been settled in accordance with the latest applicable legislation and laws

B- A valid permit or license to practice the profession.

C- A list indicating the company-s experience in similar businesses.

8- This tender is subject to the provisions of the applicable administrative contracts regulations.

9- Any offer whose submitter does not adhere to the above conditions will not be accepted, and the lowest price will not be the only criterion for awarding.

10- Pay a sum of money amounting to (500 LYD) in exchange for purchasing the specifications and conditions brochure.
