Consistency of the services
The services subject of this invitation to tender consist of the supply of three (03) lots of tires.

Estimated cost
The estimated costs including all taxes included of the envisaged supplies were evaluated after the preliminary studies to 185 000 000 FCFA for the lot 1, 85 000 000 FCFA for the lot 2 and 65 000 000 for the lot 3.

Provisional bond
Each tenderer must attach to his administrative documents, a tender deposit, drawn up by a financial body approved by the Ministry of Finance and listed in Exhibit 12 of the DAO, for an amount equal to CFAF 3, 700, 000 for the lot 1, 1 700 000 FCFA for lot 2 and 1 300 000 FCFA for lot 3 and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the deadline for validity of offers.
