The intervention will concern the following systems (further description in Annex B):
• ITS system Integrated:
- Integrated Management System of all sub-systems supplied;
• On-board sub-system: all the software and equipment necessary to power the AVM, Ticketing, Video Surveillance and networking sub-systems ready for the advanced management of cyber security and compliant with NIS 2 regulations;
• AVM and User Info Sub-System: fleet management at an operational and technical level, integrated service with:
- on-board hardware replacement: purchase of new on-board computers to replace the current ones;
- passenger counting system: purchase of new sensors;
- on-board user information system: update / replacement of the program management software;
- on-board monitor: purchase of single-face monitors to facilitate the dissemination of information regarding the service on board the bus;
- control units for managing indicator panels;
- indicator panels on a limited number of buses;
• Electronic and digital ticketing sub-system: management of the life cycle of tickets and season tickets relating to the TpL service operated by ATP Nuoro by activating all the necessary services:
- on-board hardware replacement: purchase of new validators to replace the current ones which cannot be used for payments with bank cards and validation of travel documents equipped with QR Code;
