RAW MATERIALS
- Raw Materials to last two (2) months comprising of:
- Virgin wood Pulp sheet
- Super Absorbent Polymer (SAP) Gel Sheet (in roll form)
- Acquisition Distribution Layer (ADL) sheet (in roll form)
- Top sheet non-woven material (20GSM)
- Polyethylene Back Sheet(12GSM)
- Adhesive Tape (release paper): with perforations for ease of separation.
- Pads packaging material
QUALITY CONTROL KIT
- Quality control unit kit for testing Absorbency capacity, moisture content and pH
ACCESSORIES
- Accessories to include:
- UV sterilizer (Fully automated with timer and alarm)
- Tape dispenser/cutter
- Packing machine
- Package Sealing machine (Hand press),
- Weighing balance
- Machine tools, Critical spares, Manuals and Standards
